why dis weird name rite… daprayer.. coz i apparently s’one’s taken prayer. So i had to come up w a new one.

It actually means Da’s Prayer. (Da as in Da.W.N. got it?)

It’s pronounced da-prayer (‘the prayer’ but in the hiphop way. haha)

The much awaited post.. the blading outing… on Vesak Day. haha

2nd time on skates, so i found it easier to let go of the railing den the 1st. But still cnt cross hump -_- and my legs got damn tired aft the 1st hr..

Aft dat was coffee coffee at Starbucks. Met JiaSheng AGAIN, 2 days in a row!!

Had a long, draggy chat over coffee b4 moving to Blk85 for dinner.

Interesting experience.. sat at a table along the bus-stop shelter.. but food was nice =) Damn lot of ppl, cnt find parking lah. Rounded the carpark like.. 3 times…

Wanted to go 4 durian aft dat, but it was pretty late.. n REALLY full.

Yup. Dat pretty much wrapped up the whole day =)

Went out w my girls fw days back. Deon made a special request askin me n xm not to wear too street. So to gif her a lil surprise…

We showed up in DRESSES~!

Dresses it may be.. but the 3 of us still wear it in diff styles.. haha..

And and and~ we met dis lil cutie on our way to town

She was sitting nxt to me on the train and kept tryin to put my finger into her mouth bcoz i had hot pink nails which.. i guess.. look like candies to her =|

We were supposed to go chiong GSS, but =\ ended up talkin alot more instead. haha. din buy a single thing!

We were on the topic of ‘nan ren’ again. Dis time, in a general case. We each set a very ’simple’ criteria for our guys.

Deon: "you qian"

Xue Mei: "you yong"

Dawn: "you xin"

Deon wants a guy with money probly bcoz she is passionate abt arts. Designs. And beautiful things.

XueMei’s criteria was abit… tough to express. Haha, but simply put it, she wants s’one "who do good for himself and others".

Dawn wants her guy to haf heart. A heart that seeks and loves God. A heart to learn to love, and to love to learn. Bcoz dere are so many things in life to love and appreciate, but we dun. So we learn. I’m learning too =]

(EVERY guy asks dat qn at some depressin moments of their life or another. U guys dun really get thru life w/o at least askin it once. Diff phrasing counts too.)

Honestly, much as u guys are puzzled over dis, I’m not quite sure of the ans either. We can gif u simple ans like the ones above. We can oso write out a never-ending list for the guy of our dream. S’times, girls seemed to wan the simplest things in life. And s’times, girls can b the most demanding ***** alive, askin for the moon, the stars, the sky.

If we ever look bk at dis post yrs ltr, i wonder if our ‘wants’ will still be the same. Will we actually b w the guys dat hold dese criteria? Or will all dese hold no importance at all when The One comes knockin?

Time will tell, so I’m not crackin my brain over dis for now =]

To the lovers out dere, njoy lovin the one u love. It may not b a smooth ride all the time, but u’ll noe dat all the effort u put in only adds on to the precious memories u share, and make the love stronger.

Nanny fell sick on the way to mt us. So he became abit blur.. Din get his si-wen-bai-lei specs, coz he v fussy.

Talked abt planning for nxt sem.. n the results dat r cuming out =S *jitters*

Also abt my possible summer job on our way hm. Teaching kiddos hiphop? haha =)

On another topic,

I’ve been considering shifting my blog.. to wordpress or sth.. coz dis blog doesnt allow me to view my archived posts. Means dat wadever i wrote in the past, i lose them. And i dun like. Im emotionally attached to anything i write. Well-written or ill-formed, inspiring or nonsensical. I even kp my primary sch essays in a file (all yellow n crisp). And the kind ppl of frenster oso limit photos uploading to only 50 per mth (BOO!). And i dun even noe how many ppl actually rd abt MyLife (not dat it’s all impt, but it’ll b interestg to noe?)

Haiz.. but im attached to dis blog too =| let’s juz kp it here for now…    

Nope, it’s not my bday, not xmas, not… wadever, but i’ve recieved sm out-of-the-blue gifts and i tot dey were really swt n-n

My mummy’s Day prez =]

Brought mummy to a hair-cut!! chop chop away all her bad hair frm the perm =] Bob-ed! And yess, "I LOVE to go shopping with my mummy"!

Finally.. the ‘bruise’ part… (disgusting, I noe!)

I got the 1st 2 ‘injuries’ during dance ysterday, no complaints on dat one coz i owayysss get bruised =| no one noes it better den my girls =) And it’s gd to b dancin again!!

The last one.. =( blame it on myself.. In a very ‘hiao’ mood 2day, so i attempted to conquer the heels. Failed. How do dose girls do it? sashay in heels 4-inch high like nobody’s business? And my mum goes shopping up n down orchard in nth shorter den 2.5-inch. 

Gimme flats, slippers, pumps, SNEAKERS - NIKE,ADIDAS,GALLAZ,PUMA.

But no JimmyChoos, NineWest, MaryJanes.

HEELs are the closest thing to HELL. yup, dat’s cumin from a girl =)

Nanny’s right, I’m a tom-boy at heart. Period.

It’s true! u juz go dere and "mai dong xi, chi dong xi, mai dong xi, chi dong xi!"

And u oso nd to walk alot. Alot Alot Alot. I’ve always consider myself a gd ‘walker’. I usually nv grow tired walkin up n down orchard rd fr 11am-11pm (n i thx mummy 4 the traing). But HK.. i wear flat pumps and got blisters on my feet and an aching ankle =( Badly needs reflexology now.

Dat aside, it was a gd trip w gd returns =]

It was a free-&-easy so i was quite amazed we actually went to so many attractions n took .. more den a thousand pix.. =| For dat, i wan to declare my love for digi cams. w/o dem.. developing 1000 photos can buy me a bomb!

If u go HK, u CNT miss shopping at Tung Chong. They haf like.. more den 50 outlet shops. U get things at more den HALF the price in sg! NewEra’s 59Fifty goes at less den $30, NIKE bags at less den $30 (i bought one at $89.90 in Sg -_-) and RespectME.. hahaha the shoes i bought at less den $50~!!

haaaa…. dat was a gd break for me =]

Im definitely gng back again. But not so soon… I still haf to wrk to pay bk my debts =S

I swear it felt like eternity…

But it’s finally over n done with; i can TASTE freedom!

Will b a bz weekend though.. coz gng HK on mon.. mad rush, again. Pack pack packing.

It’s 2.36 A.M. and I’ve spent the past half hr dng tests. not past yr exams, not so hardwrking. Tests as in personality tests. I’ve always loved dng them (v addictive, u juz do one aft another) but nw, I’m tryin to appreciate all the psychological elements behind these tests (dat makes a gd excuse rite?).
